Dr. Bullard is a practicing Internist, who was looking for a solution to help physicians more thoroughly document the patient encounter in a timely manner and meet the proposed Federal Government documentation requirements. His electrical engineering background led him toward an electronic solution, voice recognition and touch-screen technology.
